Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the educational services provided by Ethos Leadership Academy Hellas IKE ('Service Provider'). The Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider.
- The services are provided via the online platform located at the main domain and its subdomains ('Platform'). By creating an Account and using the services, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Regulations.
- These Regulations constitute a binding legal agreement between the User and the Service Provider. The User must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The online educational system operated by the Service Provider, available through its website, used for providing the Services.
- User – A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity, who uses the Services provided by the Service Provider after creating an Account.
- Account – A personalized panel assigned to a User after registration, allowing them to access and manage the purchased Services.
- Services – Any educational or consulting service provided electronically by the Service Provider, including online courses, seminars, webinars, and access to educational materials.
- Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions for the provision of Services by the Service Provider.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Service Provider offers paid access to a range of specialized online training courses, seminars, and resource materials focused on public sector leadership and ethics. The scope of access depends on the plan purchased by the User.
- All educational materials, including videos, texts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- The Service Provider may offer certificates of completion for certain courses. The conditions for receiving such a certificate will be specified in the description of the respective course. The certificate is not a formal academic degree.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of the courses, their prices, and the technical platform at any time, while ensuring that the quality of the service for existing Users is not diminished.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. A stable internet connection is required for streaming video content.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring their equipment meets the technical requirements necessary to use the Platform.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions in service resulting from technical issues on the User's end.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obligated to provide true and accurate data during registration and to keep it updated. It is forbidden to use the accounts of other Users or to make one's own account available to third parties.
- The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with applicable laws, social norms, and these Regulations. It is strictly forbidden to provide content of an unlawful nature or to engage in any activity that could disrupt the Platform's operation.
- The User is obliged to protect their account login credentials from unauthorized access. The User is responsible for all activities that occur under their Account. Any suspected unauthorized use of the Account must be reported to the Service Provider immediately.
- The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content and materials provided on the Platform for purposes other than personal educational use without the explicit written consent of the Service Provider.
- The User has the right to terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their Account, subject to the terms of any active subscription plans regarding refunds or outstanding payments.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Regulations shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
- These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic and, where applicable, European Union law.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Greek Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
